As a volunteer I agree to faithfully attend as many scheduled meetings and training seminars as possible as provided by Life Family Church for the purpose of personal and ministry growth.

I am also available to arrive in my assigned area before services begin at the time given by my leader. (Check with Pastor or Ministry Leader for specifc timeline)

Should my application be accepted, I agree to be bound by the policies set forth by Life Family Church and to refrain from unscriptural conduct in the performance of my services on behalf of Life FamilyChurch.

Because you have chosen to apply to serve within one of the Life Family Church Student Ministries, we as directors and overseers have an obligation to ensure that Biblical moral standards are upheld for those serving on the teams. As part of the application process, you can expect a conversation with the ministry director regarding pertinent topics (for example: non-biblical behavior, such as adultery, pornography, homosexuality, excessive alcohol use, illegal drug use, etc.). Your answers to these questions do not disqualify you from your involvement, but we do ask that you are forthright. You can expect grace and confidentiality from the director.
