This form is to request access to facilities + reserve the date on the calendar.

Please submit at least 8 weeks PRIOR to the date your ministry is requesting to have the event to give support ministries adequate time to schedule necessary volunteers. 

"Support Ministry" includes: Multi-Media, Parking, Ushers, Greeters, Security & Childcare

Set up/Tear down

Please plan to coodinate set up & tear down with your ministry team.

It is VERY IMPORTANT to put the facility and areas used back to the way you found them.
If necessary, take photos and notes before you set-up to help you remember where each item should be returned.

Be sure to wipe down tables, empty the garbage and clean up any food spills.

PLEASE NOTE- Each ministry is responsible for the purchase of their own supplies (cups, napkins, plates, utensils, etc.) and supplying their own food and drink (via caterer or someone on your team preparing and serving the food)

*If using the Greater Things Cafe, you or a designated person from your ministry are required to have an orientation on the proper use of Cafe equipment.
